Generally, there are two ways to obtain nano-powders. A bottom-up manufacturing method (bottom up) for chemical methods, such as chemical precipitation, sol-gel process (sol-gel),... Another method is physical method, which changes the powder particles from big to small (top down), such as mechanical ball milling,... And so on.

砂磨機(jī)的儲(chǔ)存原則:確保下次啟用時(shí)可以正常使用。
1.砂磨機(jī)若長(zhǎng)期(超過(guò)三個(gè)月)不用,需要進(jìn)行儲(chǔ)存性保護(hù)。
2.斷電,如有必要拆除動(dòng)力電源。
3.密封液排出,排出機(jī)械密封儲(chǔ)液罐內(nèi)的潤(rùn)滑冷卻液,特別是溶劑型,避免機(jī)械密封內(nèi)密封圈長(zhǎng)時(shí)間浸泡,影響密封和使用壽命。
4.打開(kāi)研磨腔,將腔內(nèi)研磨球排空,避免研磨球在腔內(nèi)滯留時(shí)間太長(zhǎng)而發(fā)生板結(jié)等現(xiàn)象。
5.調(diào)整皮帶張緊度,使皮帶處于放松狀態(tài)。
6.排空冷卻夾套內(nèi)的冷卻液。
7.用纏繞膜對(duì)整機(jī)進(jìn)行防塵保護(hù)。
8.整機(jī)可以移除工作區(qū),放入儲(chǔ)存區(qū)。
